Advancing Racial Equity in Tech

To advance racial equity in tech, we provide resources, training, and networks to DEI leaders and social justice champions throughout the industry. We address issues such as upskilling and hiring models, the future of work, worker protection, DEI competencies, data transparency, and systemic racism.

Program and Initiatives

Pathways to Tech 

To support  Black, Latinx, and Indigenous talent in the journey to employment in tech, we operate Pathways to Tech, a series of learning events which provide access to  tech training and skill workshops. We also work with a network of employers and upskilling partners to provide paid apprenticeships, internships, and jobs.

Diversity Advocates 

Diversity and inclusion leaders play a key role in advancing diversity efforts within tech companies. We operate Diversity Advocates, a member group of diversity and inclusion professionals in tech that advance inclusion in the tech industry by empowering employees with the resources, knowledge and network to do pioneering work.

Our Collective 

Employee resource groups are important and effective for retention, inclusion, and community-building. We operate Our Collective, a cross-company community of Black and Latinx professionals partnering to influence a more diverse and inclusive tech workforce. Together, we recognize, empower, and mobilize our communities of color.
